Download brochure (146kb .pdf format) This system is ideal for suspension liquid fertilisers or whenever extreme tank agitation is required. The extreme agitation setup consists of the following: d-s dual pump module; s-ai single auto-rate control module; extreme agitation kit. The pump module houses two Bertonlini 2136 (125 lpm) poly pumps. These pumps are connected in tandem via a spider element coupling and are driven by a single hydraulic motor. This module also incorporates 2x fascia mounted selector valves to switch between liquid fertiliser and clean water purging for each system. The suction manifolding is terminated with 'Banjo' camlock adaptors and dust caps. The s-ai single auto-rate system features 'Banjo' flange manifolding, TeeJet 801 flowmeter, 316 stainless steel ball and stem servo and section valves, fascia mounted suction and pressure filters and a Farmscan 22C6 controller. The extreme agitation kit has 4 Supermix agitators with all hose and fittings, stainless steel mounting brackets and a heavy duty pressure relief valve. The second pump is dedicated to agitation alone providing a much higher operating pressure for the agitators. Each agitator can circulate upwards of 600 lpm. The amount of agitation can be controlled directly by adjusting the PRV. |
