Download brochure (166kb .pdf format) Using the d-s Dual Banding system an operator has independent automatic rate control over 2 liquids. The system consist of a d-s dual pump module and two s-ai auto-rate control modules. The pump module houses two Bertonlini 2136 (125 lpm) poly pumps. These pumps are connected in tandem via a spider element coupling and are driven by a single hydraulic motor. This module also incorporates 2x fascia mounted selector valves to switch between liquid fertiliser and clean water purging for each system. The suction manifolding is terminated with 'Banjo' camlock adaptors and dust caps. Each s-ai control module houses a single rate control systems. These systems feature 'Banjo' flange manifolding, TeeJet 801 flowmeter, 316 stainless steel ball and stem servo and section valves, fascia mounted suction and pressure filters and monitor harness plugs.
