a-i Mk3 Pump & Control Module
The a-i Mk3 is a single pump, single auto-rate combined pump & control module. It features a hydraulically driven Bertolini 2073 (75 lpm) poly pump with custom flow control block that ensures maximum recommended rpm for the pump is not exceeded.
The pump and associated pressurized plumbing is protected by a tamper proof safety valve coupled directly to the pump, prior to the line strainer & control valves.
Suction filtration is via a fascia mounted 1-1/2" X 32 mesh suction filter.
Other fascia mounted components include a selector valve to source either product or clean water (for system purging or tank rinsing), A function selector valve for system operation or tank rinsing, a heavy duty 2" flanged line strainer with 50 mesh screen & a 100mm diam. liquid filled 316 stainless steel pressure gauge.
The a-i Mk 3 module houses a full rate control system utilizing TeeJet 460 Series regulating & shut-off valves with direction indicators, TeeJet 801 flow meter & numerous custom designed components.
Tank agitation, tank rinse & hose kits with tank isolators are standard.
The Liquid Systems (SA) rate controller comes standard with this module.
Note: A SPIKER system can be run in series.
