Piston Diaphragm Pumps are the real weapon of choice for liquid fertilizer injection as they provide such a wide operating range in terms of rate & pressure. Because they are positive displacement, they will not cavitate..

Correctly installed Piston Diaphragm Pumps provide powerful, smooth, pulse free operation & because they utilize valves to eliminate back flow, are not as prone to system surging if being utilized with mechanical dosing devices.

All pumps for our new 2010 Range are LQS Enhanced.

Our pumps can be mechanically connected for multiple liquid application regimes or alternatively, hydraulically series connected with either manual or electronic individual pump isolation. All LQS Enhanced pumps for 2010 feature speed sensors so that pump rpm. is visible on the control monitor.

Gen.2 Line Meters

Available July 2009 our new Gen.2 Line Meters have been extensively redesigned both internally to provide superior fluid dynamics and externally to enhance ease of fitment and extraction.

Several larger sizes (1.25mm & 1.4mm) for very high rates will also be available.

Gen.2 Line Meter Extraction

The Gen.2 Line Meter has been extended in length by 1.0mm overall. This extension in length has increased the space between the line meter bulkhead and the 8.0mm push-in union collet by 0.5mm.. This extra space has permitted the introduction of our new Extractor Tool into our product range.

Checking / changing line meters is now very, very easy!

A modified Extractor Tool is also now available for our superseded Gen.1 Line Meters.

3.0mm High Rate Terminal Jets

Specially developed to enhance high rate application regimes e.g. Precision Row Crop Planters.

SPIKER

SPIKER is a small Pump & Auto-Rate Control Module / system including associated plumbing & hardware.

SPIKER is incorporated in series with other Liquid Systems (SA) Pump & Control Modules. It compliments liquid fertilizer application regimes by providing a means whereby a mixture of compatible trace elements, fungicides etc. can be injected at a fixed or variable rate into the carrier liquid.

Since SPIKER is a totally independent system the problem of injected products always being tied as fixed ratio to the carrier liquid (e.g. tank mixing or mechanical dosing devices) is eliminated.

800 Series Fill Fascia

Laser cut 5.0mm stainless steel fascia incorporating 2" valves for product fill & tank venting functions, 2" valve flush water fill, rinse tap & plumbing kit.

V3 Check Valve

The Liquid Systems (SA) exclusive in-line V3 Check Valve can be ordered as an optional extra in our 2009 V3 'Stacker' metering system range and has been designed so that it may be retro- fitted to our existing metering systems.

Designed so that is has minimal effect on system hysteresis it is an important addition to our product range.

The V3 Check Valve is positioned downstream from the primary restrictive device (line meter) and as near as is practical to the point of liquid termination so that liquid supply lines remain charged when the flow is shut off.

Treflan Kits

Comprehensive pre-emergent spray bar kits with components easily adaptable to tillage equipment for single pass operations.

Use in conjunction with Liquid Systems (SA) MM (Multiple Module) Series pump & control systems.

Section Control

To be used in conjunction with mapping systems for independent and automatic section liquid control across the seeder bar. Each 12V shut-off valve controls a single V3 Stacker manifold mounted on the bar.

Available to 8X sections - complete with stainless steel 'U' bolt mounting bracket assembly (not shown).
