Prescription Application

There are almost limitless possibilities now available to the farmer in regard to seeding regimes. Liquid Systems technology offers unprecedented flexibility in the precision application of liquid fertilizers and associated liquid products.

Liquid Single Pass Operation

quad injectionImprove efficiencies by applying Trifluralin, starter liquids, trace elements, fungicides, inoculants etc. in a single pass whilst seeding --- (it can save time, reduce fuel costs and provide substantial financial benefits through precise application of products).

Granular plus Liquid

If you still want to stay with granular fertiliser for now but would like to incorporate the massive advantages that liquid injection of trace elements, fungicides, inoculants etc. into the furrow at seeding time provide --- it’s easy! Use water as the carrier, tank mix compatible products and soil inject with our ‘a-i120’ pump and control module and ‘STACKER’ distribution system.

This is where our years of experience in system design pay off. We specialise in low rate application. You can utilise a relatively small capacity tank to carry water to which you add the compatible products. The ‘a-i120’ provides sufficient agitation to keep the products in suspension and provides precise rate control to the bar/air tool. The bar/air tool mounted ‘STACKER’ distribution system ensures even dispersal of product across the bar with unbroken streams at the terminals.

Anhydrous plus Liquid

For planting practices involving anhydrous NH3 soil injection add another dimension to the operation by introducing trace elements and fungicides via liquid injection in a single pass. Applying trace elements and fungicides with our A-i70 Pump & Control Module requires a relatively small capacity tank to carry water to which you add the compatible products. The system provides sufficient agitation to keep the products in suspension and provides precise rate control. The 'Stacker' distribution system ensures even dispersal of product across the planter with unbroken steams at the terminals.

Liquid Upgrade

When liquid fertiliser becomes mainstream in your region, simply change from water to liquid as the carrier. Add ‘Spiker’ if you would like to variably apply your starter liquid whilst maintaining pre-set rates of nutrients, fungicides etc..
