John Deere Liquid Seeders
Liquid Systems (SA) has developed a range of products and accessories that add the Liquid Dimension to the 1910 Air Seeder.
1. Hydraulic Drive / Auto-rate Pump & Control Modules.
Available in single or dual pump configuration --- (dual pump for tank agitation of trace elements / fungicides etc.)Special features include 2nd. Pump Hydraulic Deactivation & tank rinse function. Modules come complete with ‘U’ Bolt support beam assemblies for ease of mounting to the 1910 space frames. Includes all tank & function hose kits.
2. SPIKER EVI Option.
Specially developed to suit the 1910 space frame the SF Series SPIKER EVI can be run in series with our 1910 Pump & Control Modules.SPIKER EVI compliments liquid fertilizer application regimes by providing a means whereby a mixture of compatible trace elements, fungicides etc. can be injected at a fixed or variable rate into the carrier liquid.
Unit includes ‘U’ Bolt support frame, tank & function hose kits.
2. 800 Series Fill Fascia
Laser cut 5.0mm stainless steel fascia incorporating 2” valves for product fill & tank venting functions, 2” flush water fill, rinse tap & plumbing kit.
4. Tank stand / single tank attachment / 500 litre PE tank
Single (flush tank) assembly --- 5.0mm SHS / 5.0mm laser cut & pressed bearer / bracing elements. ‘U’ Bolt attachments & 500litre PE tank including overflow conduits.Powder coat finish.
4. Tank stand / dual tank attachment / dual 500 litre PE tanks
Dual tank assembly --- (500 litre flush tank / 500 litre product mix tank for SPIKER). Tank stand as above with dual tank bearer assembly. Laser cut elements, powder coat finish.
5. Lid Assembly.
Custom Lid Assembly --- laser cut HDPE / stainless steel. 1910 carts can be ordered with bare 13mm thick spun tanks specially developed to carry liquid fertilizer. Our lid assemblies have been designed to compliment these tanks.
